Terms and Conditions
MAKING A PURCHASE This could not be easier. Just browse through our on line catalogue clicking the 'Add to Cart' button on any items that you wish to purchase, indicating the size and colour where appropriate. After you have finished making your selection click on 'Checkout' and fill in your details. Alternatively contact us by phone. Tel: 01606833853.
EDIT YOUR ORDER - If you wish to edit/change your order after it has been placed please telephone 01606 833853 and we will endeavour to change your order for you. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
CANCEL MY ORDER - If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please call us on 01606 833853 with all of the relevant details asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel.
PAYMENT TERMS We accept all major credit and debit cards on line (except American Express). If you wish to pay by cheque place your order on line and post the cheque to us with your name, address and contact number along with a photocopy of both sides of your credit card, if you can't send a copy of your credit card please allow 7 working days for cheque to clear.
SHIPPING & HANDLING UK only. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
PRICE GUIDELINES
Courier - Usually Next Working Day - £10.00
PLEASE NOTE: When ordering anything over 6ft e.g. rods, poles, brollies as part or all of your order you must select Next Working Day Delivery option when checking out, we will add the correct postage rate to your order if the wrong rate has been selected. Also if you are ordering more than one large item this may also have to go with our next day carrier.
BACKORDERS If an item is not in stock we can put it on backorder. However, we will telephone/e-mail you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.
RETURNS - ORDERED INCORRECTLY OR NO LONGER REQUIRED - In this instance, you must contact us on 01606 833853 or e-mail within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if no longer needed you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like replacement items sending to you, we will charge the postage costs to you.
We are always happy to exchange / refund any items ordered wrong or no longer required within 14 days of purchase. All returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes, must be in the same condition as when received.
RETURNS -FAULTY GOODS - In case of faulty products please contact Daves of Middlewich Ltd immediately. All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, and damaged parcels must be signed as damaged at time of delivery. We will refund the postage costs of returning faulty items - pleae check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage costs.
PRICING POLICY We aim to offer you competitive prices. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
TAX CHARGE VAT is included in all prices.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE UK Only. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 10am for next day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPIN - At present we DO NOT deliver outside the UK. This is subject to change.
